Rules and regulations for abstract submission

  • Should not exceed 250 words excluding the title, authors name, affiliations & references
  • Should be compatible with Microsoft 2007, Times New Roman with font size 12. Title bold with font size 14
  • Last date of abstract submission 20 – 12 – 2023
  • Abstract should be submitted to [email protected]. Please include which category you would like to participate in the subject line.

Young Researcher Award

  • The researcher should be under 30 years of age.
  • The researcher must be the principal author of the research work.
  • The submitted abstract for oral & poster presentation will be reviewed by subject experts.
  • A cash price of ₹10,000 will be awarded to the Young Researcher Awardee

Oral presentation

  • Time allowed is 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion
  • The presentation can be sent to [email protected] or should be brought in a pen drive compatible with Office 2007
  • The oral presentation should be done by the principal author

Poster presentation

    • The maximum size of the poster should be 4 feet height and 3 feet width
    • Posters should be displayed half an hour prior to the presentation
    • The author must be physically present during the presentation.
